Goose in the pot
Required products:
1,5 kg goose
6 PCs potatoes
3 onion - head
3 PCs tomatoes
600 g the meat broth
200 g sour cream
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Goose will retrobyte into pieces, RUB with salt, pepper and fry on the part of the oil.Potatoes and onions coarsely chop, fry separately on the remaining oil. Tomatoes, purified from the skin, cut into cubes.
In portions of the pots lay goose, potatoes and onions, pour the broth, add tomatoes, sour cream and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
