Winter vegetarian cabbage rolls
Ingredients:
2-3 PCs carrots
1 PCs celery (slice root)
500 g potatoes
1 glass green peas (canning)
some peas to choose? we'll show
salt - to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper (ground)
3 PCs egg
2-3 tbsp. oil
sour cabbage (leaves)
Boil in salted water for 2-3 carrots, 1 slice celery and 1/2 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes. Add 1 Cup of canned green peas, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 3 eggs and 2-3 tablespoons of oil. The mixture was mixed and divided into 5-6 parts, each of which is wrapped in a sheet sauerkraut.
Stuffed to lay on a baking sheet or skillet, pour 3-4 tablespoons of oil, 1 Cup water and a small amount of cabbage brine. Simmer on low heat until cooked. All the water should boil away.
