Korean cabbage
2 kg cabbage
3-4 pcs. carrot
2 garlic - head
1 l water
160 g sugar
200 g vegetable oil
1/2 h. l. ground red pepper
5-6 pcs. pepper
2-3 pcs. bay leaves
60 g salt
1/4 glass vinegar a 9%
Cabbage and carrots finely chopped, mixed with finely chopped garlic and put in jars, pour the hot marinade. After cooling, transferred to a cold place. To fill the water with spices bring to a boil, pour vinegar and vegetable oil.
