Cauliflower "Delicacy"
2 kg cauliflower
1,2 kg red tomatoes
200 g vegetable oil
100 g sugar
60 g salt
80 g garlic
200 g bell pepper
200 g parsley
120 g vinegar 9%
Cabbage assort into florets, boiled for 5 minutes in salted water. Cool. Tomatoes and peppers are crushed in a blender or through a meat grinder, add the vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, chopped garlic, parsley. Bring to a boil. Carefully drop down boiled cabbage. On low heat boil 10-15 minutes the Hot mass is spread on the banks, immediately roll covers.
