Ribs cut into pieces, squeeze the cabbage to fill the 2.5 - 3l of cold water and cook on low heat for 1.5 - 2 hours in the Ribs to remove the meat separated from the bones and cut into pieces, add again to cabbage. Sour cream stir thoroughly with flour and 100g of broth, pour in the skit, salt, pepper, add sugar to taste and bring to boil. To serve, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
