Potato casserole with meat, or home
Ingredients:
100 g onion minced
35 g vegetable oil or fat
400 g mutton or lamb cooked (chopped)
salt and pepper
125-250 ml zhyus-leagues or demi-glace�
400 g boiled potatoes
25 g butter or margarine

Fried in fat or oil onion without coloring.
Add the cooked meat, which removed the fat and tendon.
Put spices, worcestershire sauce (2-3 drops) and enough sauce for juiciness.
Bring to a boil; stew over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Spread in a pie dish.
Prepare mashed potatoes and gently spread it to the top.
Lubricate beaten egg or milk with water or milk.
Lightly brown under a salamander or in a hot oven.

Experienced mistress:
Add 100-200 grams sliced mushrooms.
Put a layer of sliced thick tomato slices (sprinkled with rosemary).
Mixed with meat baked beans jar.
