Rice porridge with nuts
1 glass rice
0,5 glass peanuts
50 g dried figs
30 g candied fruits
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. crushed pumpkin seeds
sugar
Rinse the rice and fill it with 2 cups of water (cold), bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and, stirring constantly, cook the rice.
Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan, cleaned from the husk.
Once the rice boils, add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, chopped dates, sugar and candied fruits.
Stir well, cook for a few minutes.
