Compote of plum-greengage

plum
1 l water
300-500 g sugar
Wash plums, cut in half, remove the seeds and put in jars on hangers. Pour the hot sugar syrup and pasteurized at 85�C: half-liter jars for 15 minutes, liter - 25 minutes. Can be sterilized in boiling water for 10-12 or 15-18 minutes, respectively.
