0.5 kg Pears;

250 g Sugar;

2.5-3 l Water

Strong pear cut in half, remove the core, pour boiling water with dissolved sugar. Bring to a boil, cook for a few minutes. Optionally, you can add a few drops of lemon juice. Pear compote is ready.
