Pancakes with pollock in ocean
500 g pollock fillets
200 g champignons
1 glass cream sauce with onions and tomatoes
2 Art. l. margarine
ready soda or yeast pancakes
Cut the fish fillets into cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry.
Mushrooms, pre-cooked and finely chopped, add to the fish fry is still 5-10 minutes, pour the sauce, mix thoroughly.
For each pancake spread stuffing (center), turn off the pancakes in half and thus serve pancakes with pollock in ocean.
