Spaghetti a La Carbonara
400 g spaghetti
100 g bacon
100 g ham
100 g butter or margarine
1/2 glass grated cheese
3-4 tomato
2-3 eggs
2 tbsp. cream
150 g mushrooms or a handful of dried porcini mushrooms, which a few hours before cooking should be soaked
salt
pepper
Chopped bacon and ham and fry in the fat, add thinly sliced tomatoes and mushrooms and simmer until soft. Mix the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper and just before the pasta is ready, pour them into the tomato sauce. The sauce does not boil. Spaghetti mixed with butter and grated cheese and pour over sauce. Designed for 3-4 servings.
