"Moravian" cucumber soup
250 g sour cream
200 g potatoes
50 g wheat flour

4 pickled cucumber
dill
cumin seeds
sugar
salt
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, boiled in salted water (1.25 l), adding the cumin.
A few minutes before the potatoes are ready add the cucumbers, cut into cubes, flour mixed with sour cream. Cook soup until cooked on a slow fire.
Before serving, add in the soup, sugar, pepper and chopped dill.
