Mushrooms with onion gravy
1 kg Borovikov
1 glass sour cream
1 onions
4-5 tbsp. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Young fresh mushrooms, rinse, let dry, then adding some salt and fry on very hot pan with oil for 15 minutes with frequent stirring, remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, saute onions in butter until soft, add the cream, bring to a boil.
Pour mushrooms cooked sauce and serve the mushrooms with onion gravy to the table.
