Dumplings with sauerkraut

Finely chop the cabbage, put in a saucepan and boil until soft, then put in a colander, allow to cool.
Put dry cabbage to the pan with hot oil and finely chopped onion, mix, pepper and salt, season with spices to taste and fry.
Roll out the dough, cut circles out of it, put on each half-cooked stuffing dumplings and mold.
Cook dumplings with sauerkraut as: lowered into boiling salted water, get immediately after surfacing, before serving watered melted butter.
