Fried green tomatoes in milk sauce
4 Green tomatoes
1 glass milk

1 egg
1 g breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons wheat flour
ground black pepper
salt
Pour the oil in a cast iron skillet.
Egg break into a bowl, whip, dipped in egg and tomatoes then breaded in bread crumbs.
Put the tomatoes in a pan with hot oil, fry on both sides until golden brown on low heat, then pass on to a dish.
Add to the pan, where the grilled tomatoes, flour (the rate of 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon oil, respectively, if the oil was more, and need more flour), stir, pour the warm milk, boil until thick at constant stirring, pepper and salt.
Served fried green tomatoes in milk sauce as follows: tomato sauce and pour cooked immediately served hot.
