Baked with potatoes and onions cod
800 g Potato
2 onions
600 g cod fillets
1 beam parsley
3 tomatoes
1 Art. l. vinegar
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Slice the potatoes and fry in small circles.
Cut the onion rings, fry in butter, add the prepared and salted fillets, cover with tomato circles. Add 4 tablespoons water, sprinkle with salt and pepper, put the potatoes around the fish.
Drizzle with oil, cover and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
Before serving, sprinkle the fish with vinegar and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
