Baked cucumbers

6 salted cucumbers

6 plastics cheese

4 eggs

1 garlic clove

Peel the cucumbers from the skin, put them in water (3 cups) with chopped garlic, onion, salt and boil for 5 minutes Broth, drain, and cut cucumbers in half lengthwise.

Put on half a cucumber slice cheese and onion, cover with the second half, secure with skewers, sprinkle with flour and salt.

Whisk the egg whites and combine them with the mashed yolks, put on the bottom of the form, greased.

An egg put cucumbers and warm all until cooked eggs.

Serve with tomato sauce.
