4 Art. l. grated hard cheese

50 g butter

ground black pepper

salt

An incision across each potato tuber.

Oiled baking dish. Put the potatoes. On each potato put a piece of butter, pepper and salt, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake potatoes until cooked at a temperature of 210 degrees.
