Meatballs in Greek
400 g ground beef
2 onions
1 tomato
1 egg
1 pinch of ground anise
3 Art. l. breadcrumbs
2 Art. l. anisette (RCD)
2 Art. l. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Art. l. dried oregano
2 h. l. minced garlic
1 h. l. sesame
ground black pepper
salt
Scald the tomatoes, remove the peel and remove the seeds and cut the flesh of the tomato cubes.
Combine all ingredients mixed for 10 minutes, cover film minced and put into a refrigerator for an hour.
Molded minced 8 patties, brush them with olive oil and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side on the grill.
Post meatballs in Greek with tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley.
