Burgers with cheese and mushrooms "Reeds"
500 g minced meat
300 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
1 egg
1 head onions
4 tbsp. sour cream
spices to the meat
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
pepper, salt
green onions
Chop onions and mushrooms, put in a pan with oil, fry.
On a coarse grater grate the cheese, finely chop the herbs.
Mix minced meat with mushrooms, cheese, herbs, raw egg, sour cream, pepper and salt, add spices and stir.
Molded wet hands meatballs-sausage, dipped them in sour cream, breaded in bread crumbs, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for half an hour at 200 degrees.
Serve patties with cheese and mushrooms "Reeds": strung burgers on long skewers and place in a glass or put it on a flat dish and put the stalks of green onions.
