Chicken steak with potatoes and green onions
30 ml vegetable oil
5 potatoes
4 pen green onions
2 chicken breast
1 packaging of spices for grilling
paprika
black pepper
salt
Chop green onions, vegetable oil to fry.
Peel potatoes, cut into thin circles, put the onions, season with salt, add the paprika and black pepper, pour 125 ml of water, lower the heat to minimum, cover, continue cooking until complete evaporation of the water and soften the potatoes.
Cut fillet breast along, beat, RUB the spices for grilling and vegetable oil to fry on each side for 5-7 minutes
Served chicken steak with potatoes and green onions: in a bowl put the steak and sides served with potatoes and onions.
