Sea bass with mushrooms
500 g grouper fillets
300 g mushrooms
2 onions
? lemon
2 tbsp. dry white wine
dill

Rinse, RUB fish fillets, cut into slices, pepper and salt, roll in flour and fry for 15 minutes in a pan with butter on both sides.
Cut plastics mushrooms, finely chop the onion and fry separately until soft in butter, then add the mushrooms, put all of 20 minutes and season with salt.
Add mushroom mixture to the fish, pour the wine and lemon juice, sprinkle all with chopped dill.
Cooked sea bass with mushrooms, covered for 5 minutes, then the fire is turned off, and the fish is left on the stove for another 5 minutes
