Delicate fish with leeks and cream
300 g fish fillets
200 ml cream
40 g butter

Cut fish fillets into cubes.
Leek washed, finely chop.
Melt the butter in a pan, put onion, stir fry for 4-5 minutes, put the fish, stir, cover, cook until transparent fish.
