Vegetables, baked under the lid of the test
500 g Potato
7 pickles
5 pickled garlic sticks spicy / tangy pickled peppers
1.5 glass champignons
1 carrot
1 onions
? package puff pastry
? h. l. turmeric
? h. l. dried dill and parsley
The dough is defrosted, cleaned, rinsed, cut into julienne potatoes, put in a bowl, add to the potatoes turmeric, salt, pepper and herbs and mix.
Chop onion straws, rub on a coarse grater carrots, cut into julienne cucumbers, chopped wild garlic or pepper.
In a baking dish put the potatoes, then the onions, carrots, cucumbers, wild garlic, sliced mushrooms, salt, pour boiling water (so that water covered mushrooms).
Roll out the dough on the size of the form, brush the edges form a vegetable oil, cover it with a test, make it three small holes for the steam, insert them into the tube of paper coated with the batter with vegetable oil.
Cooking vegetables, baked under the lid of the dough in a preheated 200 degree oven for about an hour.
