Liver appetizer with fruit
400 g beef liver
10 fruits prunes pitted
2 Apple
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt �
Clean the liver from films and cut into slices 1 cm thick, add salt and pepper.
Cut the apples slices, and prunes soaked for 30 minutes in warm water.
Put the prepared ingredients on a baking sheet greased with butter and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 15 minutes
Serve with rice or boiled vegetables.
