Meatless meatballs with vegetables millet
300 g millet
150 g Pumpkin
150 g cabbage
4 onions
1 h. l. salt
1 a pinch of allspice
breadcrumbs
Combining millet with 2-3 glasses of water and salt, boil it until tender, allow to cool.
Cut the pumpkin and cabbage, twist in a meat grinder with onions, connect with millet, salt, add allspice and mix.
Formed from a mixture of cooked patties, breaded in bread crumbs and fry meatless meatballs with vegetables millet on hot oil in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
