Pork with cheese and caramel
100 g Parmesan cheese
3-4 piece pork
3 cm ginger root
2 pickles
1/2 beam Basil
1/2 beam parsley
3 tbsp. sugar
1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Put sugar in a pan, add oil and melt.
Peel the ginger, cut it in half, put in sugar caramel.
Finely chop the herbs, grate cheese, combine, add the chopped cucumber, mayonnaise, mix well.
Meat is a little beat, cut into pork to make a pocket and stuff it with cheese mixture, RUB with pepper and salt, put the chops in the pan to caramel, fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
Put the chops on a baking sheet, bake for another 5-7 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
Served pork with cheese in the hot caramel.
