Tomato and cheese soup in Turkish
30-50 ml vegetable oil
3 tomatoes
3 Art. l. flour

Tomatoes washed, cut, rub on a grater, leaving the peel, then grind in a blender.
Put the pan on the stove, put it in oil, then add the flour and mix thoroughly, overcook 2-3 minutes on low heat, add the tomato puree and fry, put the tomatoes, stir, pour tomato juice or water (gradually), stir and bring to reflux.
After boiling, reduce to a gentle fire, boil for 3-5 minutes, add salt and pepper and add herbs and spices to taste.
Before serving, tomato and cheese soup-legged in a dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese.
