Braised beef in Romanian "Tokai"
200 g beef
50 g onions
40 g tomatoes
10 g lard
1/2 tsp flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

Should take fatty beef, cut meat finely, then fry in the melted fat, add chopped onion rings, etc., pour a little water, put out under the cover until tender.
Put the meat finely chopped (peeled from the seeds and peel) tomato, salt the pepper, add flour, stir, cover and place in preheated oven.
