Cheesecake with mushroom stuffing "Podsolnushki"
800 g Potato
4 lettuce
1 egg
1 Art. l. butter
2 h. l. wheat flour
Stuffing:
200 g fungi
80 g cooked carrots
1 onions
1 yolk
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. butter
ground black pepper
salt
Boil the potatoes, a bit of salt water, immediately wipe it hot, drive an egg, add flour mixed with butter, mix well.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them in butter, then add the carrots, worn on a fine grater, cook for about 7 minutes.
Roll from potato dough 12 balls, put them on a baking sheet, oiled, make the center of each ball groove, put the stuffing in it, to make "petals" with a spoon, take the form of sunflowers.
Before baking cheesecakes with mushroom stuffing "Podsolnushki" lubricated yolk, then bake until golden brown, once lubricated with butter.
