Omlett "Cabbage"

2 eggs

1/6 cabbage

sour cream

greens

butter

Chop onion, put in a preheated frying pan, fry, remove from heat.

Finely shred the cabbage, beat the eggs, add the onion and part sour cream, mix well, spoon the mixture into the pan, greased with butter, bake omlett, cover it with a lid.

Omelet flip, fry the second side, then omlett "Cabbage" sprinkle with herbs and serve.
