Omletik with carrots
3 eggs
1 carrot
1 Art. l. milk
vegetable fat
Clear carrots, rub it on a fine grater, fry in a little oil.
Beat eggs with milk, pour over carrots, stir fry omelet over high heat, shaking the pan periodically.
When the omelet begins to thicken, the edges on both sides need to roll to the middle - in the form omletik with carrots should resemble an oblong cake.
