Sweet omelette

4 eggs

1 Art. l. flour

1 Art. l. sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 a pinch of baking powder

sour cream

butter

jam

Eggs connect with sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, whip the mixture to foam.

Heat the butter in a pan, pour the scrambled eggs, cook it without disturbing, until thickened, turning the blades on the other side 1 time, fry for 2 min.

Before serving sweet omelet poured cream and any jam.
