Jam kryzhovennoe with nuts
Ingredients:
1 kg gooseberry
1.5 kg sugar
1.5 glass water
100 g walnuts (peeled)
Gooseberries, wash, prick with a sharp match, put in the cooking bowl, pour the hot syrup. Walnut kernels chopped into pieces and add to the mass. Cook in two steps. Ready jam hot pour into jars and tightly resealed.
