Fresh dumplings with mushrooms
150 g dry mushrooms
2 onions
2 tbsp. crumbs of stale bread
mushroom soup
fresh dough
black pepper
salt
Mushrooms soak, boil, chop finely.
Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in butter.
Add the onion and crumbs to the mushrooms, stir, add pepper and salt, pour a small amount of mushroom soup, put out.
The dough roll out thinly, molded small dumplings.
To cook fresh dumplings with mushrooms in the usual way until cooked dough, served with butter.
