Cretan Meat Pie
1 kg mutton flesh
1 kg cottage cheese
500 g puff pastry
1 egg
2 Art. l. butter

Boil the meat until cooked, cut into small cubes.
Roll out and cut the dough into 3 layers.
Greased baking sheet for baking, put the first board on it - part of the cottage cheese and pepper and sprinkle with cinnamon, put a second layer on it - and the rest of the meat cheese and pepper, sprinkle with cinnamon, cover with a layer of a third.
Grease the pie with beaten egg and bake at 260 degrees for an hour.
Serve Cretan meat pie with butter and herbs.
