0.5 kg cabbage (sauerkraut or fresh)
400 g cooked meat, sausages or canned meat
2 pickles
2 bulbs
2 Art. l. tomato puree
3 Art. l. fat
1 Art. l. flour

bread crumbs
Refractory glass mold grease, put it in layers of braised cabbage, fried onion, cut into small pieces meat products, cucumbers, capers. Top again put the cabbage, pour a small amount of broth, sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
