You will need: 300 g bean, 60 g of vegetable oil. 15 g of lemon juice, 1 onion, salt

White beans are soaked, then boiled until cooked, throw in a colander and wipe hot through a sieve. When the sauce has cooled, it is placed in a ceramic bowl and pound, adding a little vegetable oil, lemon juice or citric acid. Salt, mixed with finely chopped onions.
