Onions, fried in a pan, in Dutch
200 g 150 white bread
500 g onions
1 egg
2 glass milk or 1 cup milk and 1 cup of cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped ham
1 tablespoon of grated cheese

Purified onion, cut into small slices, stew until half, and throws in a sieve. Form for baking grease, put it in a pre-soaked in milk (one glass) slices of white bread, and on them - a layer of onions prepared.
Whisk the egg with the milk (second glass) or cream, salt, pepper, mixed with diced ham and poured everything into shape on a layer of onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put on 20 minutes in the oven for baking.
