Mushroom salad with greens and beans
For the recipe You will need:
100 g mushrooms
1 lettuce - beam
200 g beans
20 PCs the tomatoes
3 PCs carrots
the green beam
50 g cress water
1 PCs lemon
5 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper - to taste
Carrot and green bean pods to cook in salted water for 5-7 minutes, so they stay crispy. Put the vegetables in very cold water that has not shamefaced. Cut into cubes of carrot, mushrooms slices, tomatoes - half. To prepare the vinaigrette, mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and watercress.
