Salad of salted carp
For the recipe You will need:
100 g salted carp
2 PCs potatoes
50 g green onions
1 PCs Apple
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salted carp peel the skin, separate the bones, cut into small pieces. Mix with finely chopped boiled potatoes, apples, green onions, parsley and dill. Fill with vegetable oil and season with salt to taste.
