Onion salad "in Spanish"
100 g olives
4 large onions
? bunch of parsley
5 Art. l. olive oil
3 Art. l. red wine vinegar
Coarsely ground black pepper
salt
Peel and boil the onions in highly salted water for 25 minutes until tender, then discard in a colander to dry off and cut into small pieces, put on a dish.
Chopped parsley is not very finely and sprinkle with onion, put on a salad of sliced olives rings.
Combine olive oil with vinegar, pour the salad before serving onion salad "in ispaski" pepper. Salad is perfect as a side dish with fish.
