500 g beef or pork lung
100 g vegetable oil
4-5 garlic cloves
2 onions
spices for Korean carrot
coriander
vinegar
salt
To slight boil in salted water for 1.5-2 hours, cut it into thin strips, sprinkle with vinegar.
The garlic put through a press, to add to the lung together with the seasoning for Korean carrot and coriander, put into the refrigerator for 1.5 hours to marinate.
Chop the onion half-rings, pour boiling water, drain water, add the onion to the salad.
