Appetizer with avocado and egg

8 eggs

2 avocado

2 garlic cloves

4 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

3 tsp. wine vinegar

? tsp. salt

pepper

Avocado, peeled, cut in half, remove the seeds.

Eggs boiled hard-boiled, cooled, cleaned, put in blender, there to put avocado and mayonnaise, garlic, vinegar, pepper and salt, using a blender to mix.

Before serving appetizer with avocado and egg sprinkled with herbs, spread on bread or tomatoes.
