Fishing festive appetizer "Knedli"
500 g fillet of white fish
200 g Cream Cheese
6 peas black pepper
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 onions average
1 bunch of dill
1 bay leaves
salt
Peel and finely chop the onion, dill sprigs to disassemble.
Pour into a pan of water, put the fish, stalks of dill, onion, bay leaf, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and pepper, bring to a boil, remove from heat, leave on for 10 minutes under the lid.
Put the fish fillets in a bowl, mash with a fork, add the lemon zest and cheese, remaining lemon juice, salt and whisk.
Molded from cooked weight balls using 2 tablespoons, put them on a tray and clean for 2 hours in the cold.
Before serving a festive New Year's table fish appetizer "Knedli" laid out on a flat dish, half paneer balls in powdered fennel.
