2 glass champagne

1 glass water

1 glass heavy cream

? glass powdered sugar

2 a bag of sweet cream lemon

1 the finished cake

1 lime

3 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. gelatin

2 tbsp. lime juice

1 tsp. vanilla sugar

Pour the gelatin to swell with cooled boiled water, to drain the excess water, dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.

Lemon cream prepare according to instructions on package, adding a champagne and lime juice.

Put the biscuit in the shape.

Whip cream, adding to them the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, some put in a piping bag, with the remaining cream and add to the lemon cream and combine the cream with loose gelatin, put the mixture on the cake, allow to cool.

Cut lime slices.

Boil the syrup, mix the water with the sugar, pour the syrup sliced lime and cook for 3 minutes, allow to cool, Pat dry.

Remove the cake from the mold, garnish with lime cream cake and slices of lime.
