Potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, onions cut into slices.

Potatoes, onions and zucchini fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and stir.

For the sauce, saut the flour in butter, dilute cream, simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Vegetables pour cream sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
