Stuffed pike

Salt (to taste)
Clear the pike from the scales and skin incision around the head. Then, leaving the tail fin, skin "stocking". Wash the carcass, cleanse it from the viscera, separate the flesh from the bones.
Baton soaked in milk, then passed it along with the fish fillets through a meat grinder 2-3. Add to the egg mixture, peppers, herbs, oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and whisk. Get an array of skin farshiruem pike.
