Pudding with beef
300 g the pulp of boiled beef
40 g butter
20 g egg protein
20 g egg yolk
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
Skip the beef through a meat grinder 2 times, combine the milk, egg yolks, whipped cream, add salt and stir.
Egg white whisking to combine with mass, stir, put the mixture into the tins, greased and cook for 25 minutes on a couple.
Pour baby pudding with beef butter before serving as a garnish, you can place your cooked cauliflower.
