Pork loin in vegetable sauce
900-1000 g pork loin
1 carrot
1 puch�k parsley
1.5 Art. l. celery root (dried)

Sauce recipe is written below, is used in the cooking process, and is not supplied to the finished dish.
In a food processor installed fine grater and it rubs the carrot, it is added parsley, black pepper, red pepper, celery root, there is frays lemon (zest), fennel, hops-suneli, prunes. The whole mixture is cut and transformed into a thick sauce. Then there is added: sunflower and olive oil, ketchup and mustard. And all this is again mixed. After mixing all this sauce is shifted into another bowl and stands about 10 minutes at this time on a coarse grater rub apple (with the peel).
When the sauce is ready, it is necessary to proceed to the meat. The foil was laid out one piece of pork loin (about 170-200 gr.) Sprinkled on both sides of seasoning for pork, as well as previously coated with the prepared sauce. Just put a little top grated apple and a piece of butter (about 6 oz.) And the whole piece is wrapped in foil. Foil layers should be a lot better for cooking. So did the rest of the pieces of pork. Preparing this dish is about 1.5 hours in the oven at 250 � C
Serve the dish better with new potatoes or vegetables.
